A beautiful, brown lager beer with round maltiness and low bitterness. The Brown Swiss cows at Gut Meienberg in Jona have been enjoying our spent grain for more than a decade. Nearly 20 tons of spent grains are fed to these cows every year. Their milk is then used to make various Swiss dairy products.
