Our web-shop is ready to take your order: 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Note: no deliveries on holidays or weekends. Please plan ahead.

Payment Options

 

Delivery 

We do our best to get your order to you within 3 business days of your completed order with the one of our logistics partners (Swiss Post, Planzer) or with our own delivery vehicle. You will usually get your order sooner.

Best Taste Experience

Our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized. Thus they should be taken care of to ensure your best taste experience. They should be consumed as quickly as possible.

We recommend storing beer in a cool, dark place.

Do not store the beers laying on their side. Storing beer on its side can cause additional foaming when opening or serving.

Problem with your order?
We do our best to ensure your order is carefully packed and safely delivered to you. However, sometimes, mistakes are made.

Please send an email to us (info@bierfactory.ch) if you received an order that is damaged, missing something, or incorrect.

Include your order number and any pictures you have of the problem.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are not available.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, once your order is complete, we cannot accept returns.

Shipping Costs

Cost of shipping is included in the price of the product.

Shipping Locations

We ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
