1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop bierfactory.ch.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT (8.1%). Payments are processed via credit card through SumUp or cash upon pickup.

4. Shipping and Pickup

Deliveries are made within Switzerland. 6-pack: CHF 12 shipping. 12-pack: CHF 12 shipping. 24-pack: free shipping. For multiple cases, shipping is charged per case.

Pickup in Rapperswil-Jona includes a 10% discount on your order.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

6. Age Restriction

Alcoholic beverages are sold only to persons aged 18 or over. For delivery orders, age is verified once through an online age check; for pickup, ID may be requested.

7. Cancellation

As alcoholic beverages are perishable goods, the right of withdrawal is excluded under Swiss law.

8. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Rapperswil-Jona.
