When it's warm you sit outside — after-work beer in the open air, the whole range on tap, live music now and then. The reason you stay for one beer and drink three.

Small brewery.
Big ideas.
We started in 2000 in Rapperswil-Jona — with a few kettles, plenty of curiosity and the simple idea that good beer should be made where it is drunk. On Lake Zurich, with short distances and no corporation behind us.
To this day we brew by hand and in small batches. We like to experiment but stick with what tastes good — from the easy Rappi Hell to the dark Blackbier. By now that is 13 beers, all brewed at the same address.
